Cancellation & Deposit Policy

At Mane Republic, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can provide each client with the best possible service, we have implemented the following policies:

Booking Deposits:

To confirm your appointment, a non-refundable and redeemable booking deposit is required. This deposit will be credited toward your service on the day of your appointment. It ensures that we can reserve your spot and dedicate our time and attention to you and our talented team. Please note that the deposit is non-transferable.

Redeemable Deposit Structure:

For every appointment, we require a deposit of 50% of your booked service.This is not an additional charge; it’s part of the total service cost and will be applied as a credit on the day of your service.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:

We understand that life can be unpredictable, but in order to respect our stylists' time and our other clients, we kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made outside of this window will result in the loss of your deposit, as it will be applied as a late cancellation fee.

No-Shows:

If you fail to attend your appointment without notice, you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled service. This allows us to compensate our team for their reserved time and commitment.

Exceptional Circumstances:

We recognise that emergencies and health issues can arise unexpectedly. If you need to cancel for health reasons, please provide a medical certificate, and we will waive the cancellation fee. However, we kindly request that you notify us as soon as possible so we can accommodate other clients.

Late Arrivals:

To respect the schedules of all our clients, if you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule or adjust your service. In this case, your deposit may be forfeited and applied as a late cancellation fee.

How to Cancel:

For cancellations or rescheduling you can use our timely booking system to reschedule something that suits you better prior to 48 hrs, or via email at least 48 hours before your appointment. We will do our best to find a more suitable time for your visit.
